Plans for 40 new houses in Letterkenny

Planning permission is being sought for 40 new houses in Letterkenny.

PJD Construction London Ltd has submitted plans for the new development at Killylastin.

If passed, it will see the construction of six blocks of two bedroom terraced houses, one block of three bedroom terraced units, two blocks of terraced houses each incorporating 4. no. 3 bedroom houses and two 1 bedroom duplex units.
