The emergency services are attending a three car collision on the outskirts of Letterkenny.
The collision happened after 3pm at Coolboy, between the Mountaintop area of Letterkenny and Kilmacrennan on the N56.
Gardai say that it is not understood that any of those involved in the multi-vehicle crash have been seriously injured.
There is understood to be a build-up of traffic in the area, however.
