We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join the team at our iconic store on The Diamond in Donegal Town. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in a dynamic and friendly environment, all while helping customers discover the perfect look and experience the thrill of Made to Measure tailoring.
In this role, you’ll:
Become a Menswear Expert: You’ll guide customers through our collection, helping them find the perfect suit, shirt, or accessory. A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in clothing will be a huge asset.
Master the Art of Tailoring: Take centre stage in our Made-to-Measure Room. You’ll assist customers with selecting fabrics, taking measurements, and ensuring their garments are crafted to their exact specifications.
Deliver Unforgettable Service: Your exceptional communication and customer service skills will create a welcoming and memorable experience for every shopper, creating lasting relationships and repeat business.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a captivating personality – your enthusiasm for menswear and the way you connect with people are a perfect combination!
Is a team player with initiative: You’ll thrive in our collaborative environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Has a keen eye for detail: A passion for precision and a commitment to getting things right will be essential, especially in our Made-to-Measure section.
Ideally has 2-3 years experience: Previous experience selling high-quality products in retail is a plus, but not mandatory. We’re happy to train the right candidate with a passion for learning.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and includes weekend hours, it is not suitable for students or applicants looking for weekend work only.
