Council signs turnkey acquisition contract for 21 houses in Letterkenny

Donegal County Council and Mc Hugh Bros (Builders) Ltd has signed a turnkey acquisition contract for the construction of 21 social homes at Windyhall in Letterkenny.

This scheme comprises of twelve 1-bedroom apartments, one 2-bedroom apartment and eight 3-bedroom apartments. The programme for the project will see the development completed by the end of 2025.
