Gardai attended fires at two Inishowen premises

Gardai in Inishowen are investigating the cause of two separate fires at business premises yesterday.

The first fire happened shortly before 2pm on Friday afternoon at a breaker’s yard at Carnaghannagh, Burnfoot.

Gardai say no offences were disclosed.

Gardaí also the scene of a fire at a tyre premises at Elaghbeg, Bridgend shortly after 11.30pm last night Friday.

The fire was bought under control by local Fire Services and the scene has been preserved for examination.

There was no reports of any injuries and Gardai say their enquires are ongoing at this time.
