Donegal goalkeeper Shaun Patton is back to the day job this week after his historic penalty save to cinch Donegal’s Ulster Title on Sunday.
Fresh from celebrating lifting the Anglo Celt, the St Eunan’s clubman’s return to the station was made all the more sweeter thanks to Urris GAA.
The club delivered a cup of their own – and treats for a well-earned tea break!
The keepsake personalised mug by Sinéad’s Gift Shop commemorates Patton’s sudden death penalty save at St Tiernach’s Park.
“Garda Shaun has made a huge contribution to Official Donegal GAA giving the whole community & county a lift in the last few weeks,” said Urris GAA.
Congratulating their colleague, gardaí said: “After all, a man can never have too many cups!
