TCS Letterkenny prioritises Employee Wellbeing with vibrant Health and Wellbeing Day

As part of its commitment to fostering a healthy and supportive work environment, TCS Letterkenny celebrated the 10th National Workplace Wellbeing Day with a wellbeing event for its employees.

The event featured a variety of activities aimed at promoting physical and mental wellness among staff members. Local specialists were on site to provide some lucky staff members with rejuvenating massages, professional nail care and stylish haircuts; offering employees a well-deserved opportunity to relax and recharge.

Highlighting the importance of staying active and healthy, TCS also organised a Smoothie Bike Challenge on site. Employees enthusiastically pedalled their way to delicious and nutritious smoothies, combining fun with fitness in an engaging activity that promoted physical wellbeing.

“TCS Letterkenny is proud to prioritise the wellbeing of our employees, and events like the Health and Wellbeing Day underscore our commitment to creating a supportive and positive workplace environment,” said Head of Human Resources at TCS Letterkenny GDC, Leeanne Patterson.

“We were delighted that all the prizes were availed of and would like to thank John Mullen Physical Therapy, Tracy Leader Hairdresser, Grainne Duffy Holistic Practice, Olivia Maguire Reflexology and Tracy Johnston Nail Technician for providing all the services on site”
