ATU recognises 27 outstanding students in Faculty of Business

The Faculty of Business at Atlantic Technological University (ATU) celebrated student achievements at its annual Awards and Spring Prize Giving ceremony held recently in Letterkenny.

During the awards ceremony, twenty-seven students from across the four departments within the Faculty; Department of Business Studies, Design & Creative Media, Tourism and Sport & Department of Law, Public Service & Education were presented with awards.

Michael Margey, Head of Faculty of Business comments, “The Faculty of Business and Spring Prize Giving is a tremendous event every year and is designed to celebrate student success and also our partnership between our faculty staff and students, and everyone involved in building a university education as a stepping stone to the future.”

The awards ceremony is highly valued within the faculty and looks to foster positive attitudes towards student endeavours during their studies and presents an opportunity for staff and students to celebrate this success.

The award winners on the evening were as follows:

Best 2nd Year Sport Student 2022/23, Arielle McDevitt

Best Student Chef of the Year, Alfredo Campas
