The Letterkenny Musical Society’s spooktacular Addams Family show has earned two prestigious nominations for this year’s Association of Irish Musical Societies (AIMS) awards.
The production is in the running for Best Technical and Best Director: Maria Rushe.
The AIMS awards acknowledge and celebrate the massive talents in musicals performed in Ireland throughout the year.
Staged at An Grianan Theatre in February, The Addams Family was a triumphant revival for LMS after their first run was halted at the peak of the pandemic.

Director Maria Rushe brought her unique vision to life on stage, ably supported by Producer Noel O’Donnell. Emmett Stewart’s superb choreography and a full orchestra conducted by Musical Director Gerard Bradley rounded out the production team.
“All roads lead to Killarney next month and we can’t wait!,” said the LMS team as they celebrate their achievements tonight.
