A man in his 70s has died after an early morning collision in Dublin.
The man, who was cycling, was involved in a crash with a car at around 5:25am in the city centre.
He was taken to St James’ Hospital, where he later died.
The driver of the car was also treated for what Gardaí have described as non life-threatening injuries.
The incident also marks the 76th death on the country’s roads so far this year.
