Gardaí have reissued their appeal for information after a child was knocked down outside a school in Donegal town last week.

The collision, involving a car, occurred at upper main street on Wednesday, May 15th, at approximately 1.55pm.

The child was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital to receive medical treatment for non life threatening injuries.

Gardaí stressed they have been in contact with all parties involved.

“We appeal to anybody who may have witnessed the collision or captured it on dash cam footage to make contact with Gardaí in Ballyshannon on 0719858530,” a garda spokesperson said.
