A free men’s health event in Letterkenny this week aims to provide men with a fun and informative environment to learn about their health and well-being.
The Donegal Men’s Health Network, funded by HSE Connecting for Life, is inviting everyone to the AME – ALL Men Equal on Wednesday, June 12th, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Letterkenny Community Centre.
The event will consist of FREE Health Checks and information on Stress Management, Smoking Cessation & Interculturalism. Information stands from Alone, Grow, Pieta, Total Health Pharmacy, Social Prescribing, HSE Health Promotion & Improvement, Donegal Volunteer Centre and the Donegal Men’s Health Network Steering Group.
There will be quizzes and competitions and a range of activities including traditional games, walking football, crossbar challenge, archery, DJ, basketball shoot and even haircuts!
