Election 2024: Coyle and McBride elected and completes Letterkenny seven seater

Sitting councillors Donal Coyle (FF) and Michael McBride (Ind) have been elected on the 14th count in the Letterkenny Electoral Area.

Both failed to reach the quota but were elected.

Their election completes the seven seater in Letterkenny.

Six of the newly-elected councillors including Donal Kelly, Gerry McMonagle, Ciaran Brogan, Jimmy Kavanagh, Donal Coyle and Michael McBride were all sitting councillors in the last council.

The only casualty is Kevin Bradley who is replaced by by 100% Redress candidate Tomas Sean Devine.
