Nobody ruffles Terry’s feathers as he regains his seat

Nobody ruffles Terry Crossan’s feathers.

And if you don’t believe us you should have been at the Carndonagh Community School today.

The veteran Sinn Fein man was distracted by a bird which had made its way into the school which was the count centre for the Buncrana and Carndonagh Electoral Areas.

But Terry was determined not to get into a flap as he managed to grab the bird and free it into the wilds of Carndonagh!

Terry was finally elected on the eight count in the Buncrana Electoral area.

Terry will be flying when he takes his seat in Lifford……
