Letterkenny Gardaí are investigating the theft of an e-scooter from outside a takeaway in the town at the weekend.
The grey ‘MAN’ transporter was stolen from Lower Main Street on Saturday, June 8, at approx. 1.15am.
The owner of the e-scooter parked it up outside a takeaway and went inside.
“Another man came out of the takeaway and took the e-scooter and travelled on down Lower Main Street on it,” Garda Sergeant Charlene Anderson explained.
“We appeal to anybody who may have been in the area with a dash cam around that time to make the footage available to Gardaí.”
