A fresh new board has been elected for the rebranded and revitalised Ballybofey and Stranorlar Business Chamber.

The latest move signifies exciting times for all businesses in the Twin Towns and  surrounding areas.

“The chamber has been rebranded as Ballybofey and Stranorlar Business Chamber, complete with a new logo and a new ethos, to become more business orientated whilst still being involved with all the town events such as Christmas lights, St, Patrick’s Day and Halloween etc.,” a spokesperson for the group said.

Regular ‘Informative Breakfast Briefings’ will become the norm to help and guide businesses to become more efficient, compliant and grow. Topics such as HR, marketing, funding opportunities and health and wellbeing are on the

list. The “Breakfast Briefings” are also proving invaluable as a networking  opportunity and to help the local businesses become stronger together.

“Plans to employ a full time Chamber manager is something which will help advance the chamber going forward,” the spokesperson added.

The highlight of the year will be the first ever Business Awards, which will be  held in the Villa Rose on Sat 5th of October at 7pm. With formal dress and a  drinks reception to start, following with a 4-course banquet, dancing to Cufflinks and finishing the night out with DJ Marty.
