Breaking: Serious collision in Kilmacrennan

Emergency services at attending the scene of a serious collision in Kilmacrennan which occurred overnight.

The main N56 road through the  village is closed this Thursday morning and it will remain closed for a period of time.

Diversions are in place. Traffic is being diverted via Milford & Churchill.

”Please avoid the area if possible,” said gardaí.
