Gardai have confirmed they now believe arson was the cause of a fire at a construction site in Convoy on Thursday last.
A dump truck was set alight at the building site at Milltown at 4.30am in the early hours of the morning.
Local fire services attended the scene and extinguished the blaze but the truck was destroyed.
A Garda spokesperson said “We appeal to anybody who may have travelled in that area with a dash cam early that morning to make the footage available to Gardaí.
“Any relevant information may be passed on to Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100 or to the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.”
