Over 150 properties on Arranmore impacted by electricity outage

An unplanned fault left 156 homes and businesses on Arranmore Island without electricity overnight.

Repair works are underway today to restore supply.

ESB Networks estimates that electricity will return by 12.30pm this afternoon (Thursday).

The company has apologised for the loss of supply.
