Witnesses sought to weekend Inishowen crash

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a serious collision between a car and a van in Inishowen on Friday night.

The occupants of the car were taken to Letterkenny University Hospital for assessment following the incident which occurred on the R238 in Clonmany at around 9pm.

The road was closed for a time, however, no serious injuries were reported. 

Witnesses are asked to contact Buncrana Garda Station on 074-9320540 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111.
