A man in his 30s has died in an overnight crash.
Gardaí say the man, a motorcyclist, was involved in a single-vehicle accident in County Longford.
The alarm was raised at 1:15am this morning, when Gardaí were made aware of the crash at Kilnashee, Drumlish where the man suffered fatal injuries.
Gardaí remain at the scene as a technical examination is being carried out.
Appeals have been made for witnesses to the collision to come forward.
