Swilly Rovers Football Club has submitted a planning application to Donegal County Council for a new modular unit to improve the spectator experience at Swilly Park in Ramelton.

The proposed structure, measuring 28.5sqm, will include an accessible toilet, a tea/coffee shop, a refreshment zone, and large windows offering views of the pitch.

The local community club, which fields teams from under-8 to adult junior level in the Donegal Schoolboys League and Donegal Junior League, aims to improve facilities for its supporters with this new development. The modular unit, if approved, would provide an accessible space for spectators to enjoy matches, regardless of weather conditions.
