Car stolen and abandoned in Letterkenny

Gardaí are investigating the theft of a car from an estate in Letterkenny last week.

The vehicle was taken from Parkview Drive on Tuesday, August 13, between 10.40pm and midnight when it was found abandoned in the Gortlee area.

The rear passenger tyre of the car had been damaged. The car in question is a silver Audi with a partial registration of ’08D’. 

Anybody who may have observed the car being driven in the area of Parkview Drive, or being driven and abandoned in Gortlee, should contact Letterkenny Garda Station on 074-9167100. The Garda Confidential Line may also be contacted on 1800 666 111.
