Gardaí are appealing for information after a large number of items were stolen from a south Donegal holiday home recently.
The burglary occurred at a house in the area of Drumoske, Ballintra, sometime between Monday, July 29, and Wednesday August 14. However, the theft was only recently discovered and reported to Gardaí.
The door of the property was forced open and entry was gained. A variety of items were stolen, including car keys, chainsaws, rugs, alcohol, garden equipment and crystal.
“We appeal to anybody who may have observed any type of suspicious activity or vehicles in that area during that time period to make contact with Gardaí in Ballyshannon,” Garda Grainne Doherty said.
