The Butt Drama Circle has confirmed auditions will take place over the next week for adults and children interested in being cast in this year’s Christmas Panto, ‘Aladdin’.
Auditions for the Children’s Chorus will be held on the Saturday 31st of August at 11am in the Balor Arts Centre, Ballybofey.
Meanwhile, auditions for the adult cast and chorus will take place next Tuesday, September 3rd, at 8pm at the same venue.
‘Aladdin’ will be staged at the Balor Theatre from Saturday 30th November until Saturday 14th December and will be directed by JC Bonar.
The award-winning Butt Drama Circle’s annual panto is a long standing tradition in the Twin Towns and for many families signifies the official start of Christmas!
Taking part in this production is a great way to get started in amateur dramatics, no matter what your age or experience. So, If there is a budding young (or slightly older) actor/singer/dancer in your house, be sure to come along to the auditions and give it a go!
