Contract signed for 30 new social houses in Letterkenny

Donegal County Council has appointed a contractor to construct a new social housing estate in Letterkenny.

Lowry Construction Ltd will build 30 houses on council-owned lands at Oranhill. 

“The scheme which was designed by Donegal County Council, and approved by the Elected Members, will provide a total of 30 high-quality, social housing homes to help meet the social housing need in the Letterkenny area,” council spokesperson said.
