A Donegal animal charity says it’s caring for a kitten that was tossed out of a car window.
The kitten suffered a broken leg as it was abandoned on a roadside last weekend.
Now in the care of Animals In Need Donegal, the kitten, affectionately named Hermes, is proving to be a real fighter.
“She is a real trouper and despite finding the bandage cumbersome she’s in good form,” they said.
“Please wish her a speedy recovery.”
Hermes is just one of many kittens under the care of Animals In Need Donegal. Last week, a shocking discovery was made when a carrier bag containing six sick kittens was found in Mountain Top, Letterkenny. The kittens are all battling catflu, and one has suffered eye damage.
