Work is ongoing in an attempt to get the traffic lights at Letterkenny’s Polestar Roundabout working once again.
The traffic control system at one of Donegal’s busiest roundabouts has encountered major problem sin recent days.
The lights again suffered a malfunction yesterday (Sun) and have been out since.
Donegal County Council are working to have the lights repaired as soon as possible.
Motorists are asked to exercise patience and caution when approaching the roundabout while the lights are out.
A spokessperson said “The Maintenance Contractor is on site today and is attempting to identify the faults and carry out the necessary repairs.
“We will provide an update when clarification is received regarding when the signal will we be in operation again.”
