Battery stolen from parked lorry in south Donegal

Gardaí are investigating a theft of a battery from a parked lorry in the south of the county.

The incident occurred at Drumlonagher, Donegal town, sometime between Friday, August 30, at 6pm and Monday, September 2, at 6am.

A lorry had been parked to the rear of a business premises in that area for the weekend during which time the lorry battery was disconnected and stolen. 

If anybody observed any suspicious activity, or vehicles, in that area that weekend or if they can assist with relevant information, they are urged to contact Gardaí in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530.
