After a chilly start, things are looking mixed on the weather front today.

Met Eireann’s forecasts for Ulster today show that, after some early morning mist clears, temperatures will climb to between 12 and 14 degrees later on.

However, there will be scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle throughout the day following brighter periods in the morning.

Tonight will be warmer than last night, with outbreaks of rain and drizzle continuing and lowest temperatures between 9 and 12 degrees.
