The positions include a store supervisor, a graphic designer and a marketing assistant.

Store Supervisor
We are currently looking for a professional customer service oriented store supervisor to oversee daily operations between our two stores, ‘Callaghans Gleneely and ‘Callaghans Shona Court‘
Requirements:
You will supervise the operational and organisational standards of our stores
Delivery excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
Developing and arranging promotional material and in store displays
Inspire, lead, and motivate staff members.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
Follow and comply with all Health and Safety measures
Assist in training new team members.
Skills & Experience Required
Team Player
Experience of leading a team in a professional manner
Experience in Retail essential
