A water outage due to a burst water main is affecting Raphoe and a number of surrounding townlands this afternoon.

Uisce Eireann say that a burst water main is affecting supply in Ballylennon, Drummucklagh and the surrounding areas this afternoon.

Works are currently underway, with a fix expected at approximately 2pm this afternoon.

Residents are advised to allow 3-4 hours after the repair time to allow supply to fully return.
