Car stolen in Letterkenny recovered North of the border

Gardaí in Letterkenny are investigating the theft of a car and break-ins to other vehicles in a local estate last week.

The incidents occurred at Slieve Sneacht in the early hours of last Tuesday, October 1, between around midnight and 12:30 am. Two cars were entered and items were stolen from within them. No damage was caused to the cars.

However, another car was also stolen from the estate and later recovered in Northern Ireland. A number of the stolen items were recovered also. 

Gardaí are appealing to anybody who may have observed these incidents occur, or have information about them, to make contact with Letterkenny Garda Station on 074 9167100.
