Are you a parent or guardian of a student who has recently entered a programme within the Faculty of Business at ATU Donegal?

Do you want to gain a better understanding of the challenges a learner may be facing in transitioning to third level?

As the transition to third level can be a challenging time for all concerned and is a big step for both students and their families, ATU Donegal Faculty of Business is here to help.

ATU Donegal Faculty of Business is inviting all parents and guardians of first year students to a Virtual Parent/Guardian Information session on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.

This information session will be held on Microsoft Teams from 7pm to 7:45pm and will be delivered by the Head of the Faculty of Business, Michael Margey.

The information session will cover academic programmes and the challenges faced by first year learners. This is a great opportunity for parents and guardians to gain a better understanding of the challenges learners may be facing and how they can support them through this transition.

This academic year, the Faculty of Business at ATU Donegal has welcomed over 300 first year students into a variety of different programmes. These programme offerings include the areas of Business, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Animation, Film, Graphic Design, Fashion, Law, Communications, Culinary, Hospitality, Sport and Athletic Therapy, and are offered under the departments of Business Studies, Design & Creative Media, Law, Public Service & Education and Tourism & Sport.
