Masked youths push burning bin into centre of the Diamond in Carndonagh

Gardai are searching for two youths who set a large bin on fire and then pushed it into the middle of The Diamond in Carndonagh.

The incident happened at 1.25am in the early hours of Saturday morning last.

The youths, who had their faces covered, took the bin from a business premises before setting it alight.

A Garda spokesperson said “We appeal to anybody who may have been in the area with a dash cam or who may have observed two youths on foot in the area to make contact with Gardaí in Buncrana on 074-9320540.
