Donegal All-Ireland winner Mark McHugh has been named in the new backroom team of Westmeath.

The Kilcar man will work under new boss Dermot McCabe.

McHugh worked with Galway club Moycullen in the 2024 season as they advanced to a county final. He was part of Roscommon manager Davy Burke’s management ticket the previous year.
