Legal Secretary
McGinley Solicitors offers a unique opportunity for both seasoned professionals and ambitious law graduates. You’ll be at the heart of a busy law firm, working closely with solicitors, handling real cases, and gaining exposure to a variety of legal matters, all while sharpening your legal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and manage legal documents including briefs, contracts, and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
- Maintain and update case files and legal records.
- Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and organise legal proceedings.
- Assist with case preparation.
- Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal executives.
