Local architectural and surveying firm Cornerstone Associates is expanding its team, with at least two new positions open for Architectural Technologists.
Founded in 2012 by Gavin Shovelin and Michael Hannigan, the firm has steadily grown its residential and commercial portfolio, establishing itself as a leader in the exciting sector of design and development across Donegal.
With continued expansion and growth from both bases in Letterkenny and Ardara, they currently have positions open for new talent to work on a variety of projects.
These new positions offer an opportunity for qualified individuals to contribute to a wide range of exciting projects, from modern builds to innovative commercial spaces.

Requirements:-
- Proficient in Autocad / Revit with a good knowledge of Word, Excel & associated IT.
- A good knowledge of planning / building regulations / building control.
- Hold a BSc or diploma in Architectural / Construction Technology.
- Previous experience in residential & commercial projects is desired but not essential.
- Motivated to work independently & within a team environment.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Driving licence – not essential but an advantage.
