A number of drivers had a lucky escape after a lorry spilled a partial load of stones off onto the road between Glenswilly and Churchill.
The incident happened this afternoon.
At least one car suffered a blow-out after colliding with the stones on the road.
The incident was reported to Gardai but thankfully nobody suffered any injuries.
The matter was reported to the company owner and the roads was cleaned up quickly.
