The Donegal Craftmakers are putting the finishing touches to their creations for the annual craft fair on Sunday, November 24th at the Silver Tassie Hotel in Letterkenny.

The event, which runs from 11am-4pm, is free admission.

This year, the fair will support the local branch of the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind. Members of the charity’s Donegal branch will be on-site to provide information about their volunteer work, their fundraising activities, and introduce some adorable Labradors. Following the birth of a litter of six puppies in South Donegal, the group is seeking more volunteers to take on the role of puppy raising. Information will be available on the day.

The Donegal Craftmakers is a not-for-profit group who promote and support local craft workers.

The annual fair is the perfect opportunity to find quality giftware, made in Donegal.

Come along to meet the makers and hear the process they use to create their crafts – or see how it’s done!

Shoppers can browse products including children’s books, designer gifts, wooden gifts, upcycled Christmas decorations, jewellery, designer bags, Kombucha organic drinks, art, felt art gifts, handmade candles and gift packs, Donegal greeting cards, and alpaca giftware and much more!
