Major power cut affecting 2,000 in East Donegal

More than 2,000 homes and businesses in the Convoy/Raphoe areas have lost electricity in an unplanned outage this Monday evening.

The outage was reported shortly after 5pm.

ESB Networks emergency crews are working on repairs and estimate that supply will be restored by 6.15pm this evening.
