Donegal darts sensation Dean Gallagher hit his first-ever 9-dart finish during the ADC Finals in Ballymena.

The Bridgend man’s accomplishment is regarded as the “the pinnacle of precision in darts”.

Speaking after his incredible performance, Gallagher shared his excitement: “Unreal feeling hitting my first 9 darter. I’d just like to thank everyone who congratulated me and the lads today who made a presentation—it means a lot. Again, I appreciate the kind gesture from everyone there today; it means a lot. In darts, it’s just one big family—the way it should be.”

The Ballymena event proved to be a special day not just for Gallagher but for all in attendance. His local supporters, who proudly donned green and gold in his honour, couldn’t be more thrilled about his success.
