A driver has been arrested after being caught 70/kmh over the speed limit in County Donegal earlier today.
Gardaí were conducting speed checks in the area of Glentogher, outside of Carndonagh, when they caught the speeding driver.
They were caught speeding at a shocking 150 km/h on a 80 km/h stretch of road – almost double the speed limit.
Gardaí say the driver was arrested, and charged to appear in court at a later date.
