There will be a dry start today with frost and a few fog patches.

While there will be some bright spells this morning, cloud will quickly thicken from the west.

Scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle will move in from the west during the course of this afternoon and evening, possibly falling as sleet for a time over high ground. Highest temperatures will range from 5 to 9 degrees in moderate southerly breezes.

It will become largely dry tonight apart from a few showers. Turning cold with frost forming in some areas as skies clear. Lowest temperatures of zero to +3 degrees in generally light westerly or variable breezes which will allow a few fog patches to develop.

Tomorrow will see a dry start with some hazy sunshine but becoming overcast by lunchtime. Rain will push in from the west during the course of the afternoon accompanied by strong and gusty southerly winds. Highest afternoon temperatures will generally range from 6 to 9 degrees.
