Magee Of Donegal, The Diamond, Donegal Town is seeking a Front Of House Supervisor for the Weavers Loft Bistro.

Magee is a fifth-generation Irish family business with over 150 years’ experience designing, weaving and tailoring luxury fabrics and high-quality garments.  The Company includes manufacturing, wholesale, retail and e-commerce businesses.  We offer lifestyle collections across Men, Women, Home & Accessories via our stores in Donegal and Dublin, through many independent retailers and from our own website – www.magee1866.com. 

Join the Weavers Loft Bistro Team at the iconic Magee of Donegal where we’re seeking a dynamic Front of House Supervisor to lead a small team. This isn’t just a supervisory role; it’s a hands-on position where you’ll be directly involved in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead by Example: Set the standard for outstanding service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Team Management: Oversee a talented team, manage rotas to optimise staffing levels.
  • Maintain High Standards: Uphold strict cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to all regulations.
  • Support the Culinary Team: Assist with ordering and inventory management to maintain efficient operations.
  • Pitch In Where Needed: Be a versatile team player, whether it’s taking orders, serving food, or supporting the kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:-

  • Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Attention to Detail: A commitment to delivering impeccable service and presentation.
  • Flexibility: This is a full-time role covering a six-day rota, Monday to Saturday, 37.5 hrs/5 days per week (and is therefore not suitable for students).
