The Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council, Niamh Kennedy, has described as ‘wonderful’ a new social housing development in the Twin Towns.
The 19-unit complex at Trusk Road, Ballybofey, is expected to have its full complement of tenants by Christmas. It will cater for those currently on the council’s housing waiting list.
“A wonderful new social housing complex at Trusk Rd, Ballybofey, these fabulous new A-rated homes are built with older people and people with additional needs,” Cllr Kennedy said.
“First class, award winning (in my opinion), secure, safe and private, and within walking distance to local amenities and shops. Congratulations to all, the new tenants should be in their new homes for Christmas.”
