Have you ever seen a carrot on a rowing machine?
But this Saturday 14th December, the staff in Aldi Ballybofey are taking on the challenge of rowing the length of the River Finn on two stationary rowers in store all in aid of the Donegal Hospice.
And rumour has it the popular Christmas family favourite Kevin the Carrot may just make an appearance to help them clock up a few kilometres!
There will be a raffle and mini games on the day as the staff combined take on the challenge of rowing the 64 kilometres, equivalent to the length of the River Finn which runs through the town.
All donations received will go directly to the Donegal Hospice, a charity close to the staff’s hearts.
