Festive tractor run to “Light up the Lake” and Donegal Town this evening

A unique festive tractor run will light up Lough Eske and Donegal Town this evening.

“Light up the Lake” will set off from Donegal Town at 6pm this evening for a trip around Lough Eske, making a stop or two along the way as well.

This fantastic festive event will also be raising money for two very worthy local causes – the Bluestack Foundation and the Townawilly Community Centre.

Registration begins at 5pm at the Supermacs/Donegal Service Station, with plenty of family fun events being held from 4pm at the service station as well – with all funds raised going towards both causes.

The tractor run gets underway from there at 6pm.

The route for the tractor run is as follows: Starting at Donegal Service Station/Supermacs, out onto the Clar road, left after DMG Motors, right at the crossroads, around the lake past Townawilly Community Centre, turn right at the junction past Solis, passing Killymard Chapel, left at Blas roundabout, through the town and finishing back again at Donegal Service Station/Supermacs for refreshments.
