A cookery demonstration will take place in Convoy this evening to launch the local Community Cookbook.
The event, which will kick off at 7pm in Black Memorial Hall, is being organised by the Convoy Community Environmental Committee .
Well done to Shelley for all the hard work in organising this event, the collection of local recipes and design of the book.
Everyone is welcome to attend, with €10 payable at the door, for a tasting of recipes from the book.
