Donegal County Council has granted planning permission for 12 new apartments in the Twin Towns.
Bradley and Doherty Properties Ltd is behind the proposed development at Millbrae, Stranorlar, opposite the Finn Valley Centre.
It will contain eight two-bed apartments and four one-bed units.
The council granted permission for the development subject to 24 conditions.
They include that the apartments shall be used as permanent homes only and not for the purposes of ‘holiday homes’.
